SEMIViews™ Makes it Easy to Access Standards SEMI International Standards are now available online in a powerful web 2.0 format. SEMIViews’ is the new distribution system for the SEMI Standards. It is an annual subscription product with access through a personal user name and password. With SEMIViews, you can easily access SEMI Standards online anytime. SEMIViews lets you organize the Standards that you need and use most often. Navigating between Standards is simple. The search capabilities will save you time, whether you’re searching for a specific keyword within one Standard or multiple Standards. New and revised standards are automatically made available through the system. SEMIViews contains the currently published standards in English (official language) and where available, Japanese and Chinese. Throughout 2010 SEMI will be loading the historical documents, making all versions of the standards available through SEMIViews. Effective July 1, 2009, SEMIViews replaced the CD subscription as the delivery system for SEMI International Standards.
