 Forum Moderator:

Dr. Wei-sheng Chen, National Cheng Kung University

 Forum Outline:

With the rapid population growth and global climate change, human under the dual pressures of natural resources shortage and wastes recycling, the practice of circular economy in industrial development is even more important. Semiconductor industry is mainstream industry in Taiwan. Pollution prevention, environmental protection and the sustainable use of resources are urgent issues today. In view of this, SEMICON Taiwan held jointly with the Formosa Association of Resource Recycling " Circular Economy Forum of Semiconductor Industry ". With this platform, practitioners and experts in the relevant areas for dialogue, promote cooperation in the field of sustainable development.

Therefore, the purposes of this forum are summarized as follows:

● In response to the new government of circular economy and sustainable use of resources.

● Provides the semiconductor industry and related companies and experts in the field of circular economy, technology and experience exchange platform.

● Hoping that "zero pollution of environment, zero-waste of resources" for the vision, progress towards a circular economy and circular Taiwan.

In view of the current issues related to the semiconductor industry, the topics of this forum are as follows: "Circular Economic of Semiconductor Industry", "Waste Recycling Technology", "Metal Resources Circulation", "Sludge Drying and Recycling Technology" and "Waste Solvent Recycling Technology".
