Mr. Jeffrey R. Montanye

Jeff is currently the Vice President Strategy & Business Development. Jeff is currently responsible for leading semi-conductor growth in Korea as well as the commercial lead for the Ovivo integration and establishing the support structure in Korea. He is currently located in Seoul Korea.

Jeff joined Ecolab in 2010 and previously held roles including his most recent leading the Global Heavy Technologies Research Development and Engineering organization which included Downstream, Global Chemicals, Power, PMI, Mining and Paper teams. Jeff was also the RD&E lead for the ChampionX spinoff, VP of the Global Technology Partnerships organization, R&D lead for the Nalco Acquisition team, and VP for North America Food & Beverage Division, 

Prior to joining Ecolab, Jeff spent 22 years with The Dow Chemical Company. He held several R&D leadership roles in both North America and Singapore, with his primary focus on new global product platforms. 

Jeff received his BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his Masters from Texas A&M University.  He is also a graduate of the Executive MBA program at Thunderbird.
