Dr. Shih-Fen Huang

Dr. Shih-Fen Huang has a strong background in the semiconductor industry with expertise in advanced technologies. She is currently the Director of the Analog and Sensor Division at TSMC R&D, where she oversees the development of silicon photonics, analog devices, silicon high-density capacitors, and MEMS technology. Prior to joining TSMC, she held senior position at IBM, where she managed semiconductor development alliances with Sony, Toshiba, and AMD, focusing on high-performance SOI technology. She later served as an executive in Asia-Pacific Licensing and Business Development, driving partnerships and technology adoption across the region. Dr. Huang holds a PhD from Stanford University and is an inventor of 72 patents.
