Mavis Ho, General Manager, Strategic Partnerships, imec, TSO, joined IMEC in 2015, a world-leading research and innovation hub in nanoelectronics, energy, and digital technologies. She overseas Business development, government relations, and daily operation in the Taiwan, SEA and Oceania region. Prior to joining IMEC, Mavis served as Vice President with SEMI Taiwan and Managing Director at SEMI Singapore. She started her career in the USA after obtaining her degree from Georgia State University and enjoyed her 14 years of diverse working experiences in Atlanta and the Bay Area before returning to Asia. During her 20+ years in the semiconductor field, she has led various technical committees, built government relationships and ran the largest and most well-attended Semiconductor trade shows/events in the USA, Taiwan, China and Singapore.
Mavis also is a member of ECCT Technology Committee, Taoyuan City Technology Council, and SEMI Technologies committees includes founding Semiconductor and steer-heading Woman-in-Tech committee since its inception. Outside of her professional capacity, Mavis is passionate about supporting Sustainability activities and serves as a board member for Green Peace East Asia as well as a Sr. Advisor at CareHer, a learning and social platform for female leaders.
Mavis is enthusiastic in sports. She is a triathlete in training while persuing various new sports and maintaining as active mountain climber.
