Padmesh Mandloi is the Vice President of Application Engineering for the Simulation & Analysis business of Synopsys (i.e. Legacy Ansys) in the Asia Pacific Region. Padmesh has over 23 years of experience in the field of engineering simulations across various industries, technologies and disciplines, enabling customers' digital transformation journey. In his current role, Padmesh has been championing Multiphysics initiatives for APAC hi-tech and semiconductor majors, focusing on Multi-Die, advanced package, heterogeneous integration and advanced manutacturing. Betore his current position, Padmesh has held a variety of roles at Ansys. He has led the Korea Region, overseen Enterprise Technical Account Management for worldwide Automotıve and Aerospace clients and spearheaded the formation of diverse technological teams. Padmesh holds a graduate degree in nechanical engineering from IIT Bombay, India and MBA degree from IIM Indore, India.
