Mr. Jason Cole

Jason Cole is a semiconductor executive specializing in sensing technology, with more than 25 years shaping the sensors that power automotive, industrial, and robotic systems. As Vice President and General Manager of the Sensing Business Unit at Texas Instruments, he leads the strategy and development of a broad sensing portfolio spanning current, magnetic, position, optical, temperature, and environmental sensing. Jason has brought pioneering products to market, including the industry’s first zero-drift Hall-effect current sensor and Texas Instruments’ first automotive-grade ASIL-B 3D position sensor, work recognized with Best of Sensors, Sensor of the Year, and other honors. He holds two U.S. patents in sensing and packaging technology. His work sits at the heart of modern robotics, where precise position, current, and environmental sensing determine how machines perceive, move, and interact with the world.
